The role of the Cass County Probation Department is to improve the quality of probation services in order to reduce recidivism and reduce the commitment of adult and juvenile offenders to the Department of Corrections.
We do this by coordinating with, and developing community resources, collaborating with all area stakeholders, enforcing court orders and addressing offender needs while maintaining their accountability in order to produce positive outcomes.
